Brett Ralph
Owner
Brett, the founder and owner of Bluestone Insurance, brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on pricing, product management, and sales development. Holding an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass, Brett combines his educational background with industry expertise to successfully lead his company. Outside of his professional endeavors, Brett is happily married and a proud father to two children, Ella and Carter.
January Russell
Personal Lines Director
January graduated from HCC with an associates degree in business and went on to further her education at Westfield State University where she earned her bachelors degree in business management. January has been in the insurance industry since 2008 where she has since earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation along with her Certified Professional Insurance Agent designation. In her spare time you will most likely find her at the gym or studying to keep up with the latest information for her clients. She is also a mom to a daughter who has relocated to Texas to pursue her career in working with Dementia patients.
Kristina Lemire
Support Specialist
Kristina graduated from Westfield State University in 2019 with two Bachelor’s degrees; one in Business Management and the other in Economics. Shortly after, she started working at Bluestone Insurance as an Administrative Assistant and within 6 months, she earned her producer license. Besides working, Kristina enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé.

Brianna is a dedicated Administrative Assistant for Bluestone Inc… Now with the team for 2 years! She is a passionate about her time outdoors and she loves live music. She’s committed to advancing her career in insurance while bringing a dynamic and organized approach to every task.
